Lourdes Fonseca — Founder & CLO
Lourdes founded VLegal on a single belief: the strength of a law firm is deeply connected to the people behind it. With expertise in legal services, operations, coaching, and leadership development, she addresses one of modern law firms’ most critical challenges; building teams that grow without compromising quality, culture, or human connection.
A lawyer, accredited Coach & Mentor, and holder of a Master’s in Holistic Studies, Lourdes brings a multidisciplinary perspective to leadership. She partners with law firms to identify their operational needs and build the people and systems to address them.
Her core principle: Take care of the people. Strengthen the systems. Align the right person with the right role. Build relationships designed to last.
